Microsoft has announced the end of production of all Windows XP
products as well as Office 2003 products which is June 30 2008. What
this means is that the only products that will be available after
June 31 2008 in retail outlets including stores such as OfficeMax,
Office Depot, Wal-Mart, Radio Shack, and the list goes on and on and
on. In other words finding XP or Office less than Vista or Office
2007 will near be impossible.
The really good thing about all of this is that Microsoft will
still support XP and Office 2003 until 2014. Yes we know this makes
no sense to stop production. but then support the OS for another 6+
years.
Microsoft knows, although they would never state it publicly that
Vista is the worst OS created since their snafu with Windows ME way
back in 1999, and we ALL know what happened there. Microsoft is
trying everything in its power to force people into changing over to
Vista and I, along with numerous other system builders, are doing
everything in our power to NOT install Vista on any system, unless
the customer demands that we install it. The only version of Vista
that we will install is the ultimate edition, as it is the only
Microsoft Vista OS that seems to work somewhat better than its Vista
counterparts.
Mitek Computers, knowing that this was coming, has had the
opportunity to purchase numerous copies of the following, and we for
the firs time are not only offering online sales, but walk in
customer sales at the same prices. Please note the following:
- The versions we have are all NEW unopened OEM versions with
the COA stickers.
- The versions we have are Windows XP Home OEM SP2, Windows XP
Professional OEM SP2, Office 2003 Professional OEM
- We will have a few retail box copies of Windows XP
Professional SP2 and Office 2003 Professional SP2 by mid July
2008.

means that any of the Microsoft operating systems MUST be installed
on a formatted drive or partition if you are planning on creating a

Licensing Information: You receive a Certificate of Authenticity
(COA) and a CD containing the program on it in a shrink wrapped
package. Pictures are of a copy that has been broken down so buyers
can see the entire contents clearly. Since we have several copies,
some will not look exactly as the ones in the photo, and may contain
different labels, and a different types of COA stickers. See
Microsoft's website for photos of the different COA stickers used
for OEM bundles. Different build dates may have 2-3 different type
COA stickers. These are ALL single pack OEM versions, and have not
been broken from 3 pack or 30 pack bundles and have never been used
in any way. These are NOT retail box versions but GENUINE FULL OEM
VERSIONS. Local pickup is available at this price, BUT you must

Since this is an OEM operating system it does not come with any free
technical support. Telephone technical support is available through
a paid service via a toll-free number and a charge per call. The
phone number is included on your packing slip when you order.

For online sales we ONLY accept Pay Pal and
Google Checkout through our secure online shop. We include flat
rate USPS priority mail shipping at no charge at all. We normally
pack and ship the same day we receive the order, and most customers
will receive their copy within 2-3 days. Fed X overnight is
available at an EXTRA CHARGE.
RETURN POLICY READ CAREFULLY - NO MONETARY REFUNDS UNDER ANY
CIRCUMSTANCES:
OEM software is not returnable for any reason other than A PIECE OF
BAD MEDIA period. We will GLADLY exchange BAD MEDIA for new media
(CD/DVD) only. You will NOT receive a new COA sticker or package,
but just the media itself (CD/DVD).
If returning the FULL media package, the OEM sticker must STILL be
affixed to the shrink wrap and must NOT have been peeled and stuck
to a computer, and then reaffixed to the shrink wrap. If any part of
of the package is missing (other than the extra shrink wrap) there
will be NO REFUND or EXCHANGE at all.
All sales final and NO money will be refunded. This is standard
across the industry and from any e-tailer or retailer. We offer
EXCHANGES ONLY and then only if we decide there is an actual problem
with the media (CD/DVD) as we have learned through experience that
99.99% of the time the problem s either computer or user related. We
reserve the right to ASK for close up photos of the products you are
asking to return, in order for us to decide whether we will do an
exchange or not. This is non-negotiable due to some people copying
the cd, copying the COA numbers, and then wanting to do an exchange.
OEM SALES GUIDELINES:
To conform to Microsoft's regulations and rules concerning the sale
of genuine OEM software, and understanding that we ARE a Microsoft
Partner as well as a Microsoft OEM System Builder, each OS sold is
sold with the understanding that we do not give monetary refunds on
opened software. The only recourse is IF the media itself is bad (if
the cd is bad) we will exchange the CD only. We cannot exchange the
full package but ONLY the CD itself. We reserve the right to test
the CD once we receive it to make certain there is actually a
problem with the CD. What we can say is that we have NEVER had a bad
piece of media. It usually is user error, where the customer does
not have the boot devices set in the correct order (system should be
set to boot from CD first), where the customer has not formatted the
hard drive completely ad fdisked the hard drive completely, or they
have external hard drives or USB key drives connected to the system,
thereby creating a situation where XP does not know which drive to
install to.
FREE TUTORIAL ONLINE AND IN YOUR PACKAGE
To help alleviate problems such as this we include a very small
step by step tutorial to help you understand how to install the OS,
and we also have a very nice and simple video tutorial located
here on our website. If you follow these instructions, then you
should not have any problems installing a fresh OS, before
installing a new OS on a system, especially a system that is already
loaded with an OS, you should ALWAYS make a complete backup of the
system. Mitek Computers LLC is NOT responsible for any lost data
under any circumstances. If you are not comfortable installing an OS
you should get someone to either help you, or take it into one of
your loc
All OS's sold by Mitek Computers LLC are original OEM and Genuine
and are only meant for sale in the United States and Canada. We will
not guarantee that any Microsoft OS will work on any system other
than a STANDARD PC. We cannot nor will we be responsible for persons
setting up XP on a Macintosh on an XP partition. We are not familiar
with this procedure, and therefore you should note that NO exchanges
or refunds will be made, if YOU ARE trying to install on a Mac.
You should have the knowledge to install and operating system
whether it be on a PC or Macintosh. Your computers first bootable
device MUST be an optical drive in order to do an installation. We
do have a pdf tutorial that we will gladly send via email, or that
can be downloaded from our website, if you are unsure what we are
talking about. We absolutely will NOT give an phone support on
