Our repair and upgrade center is the busiest sector of our business by far. Mitek Computers is one of the busiest repair centers in the area, however, you never need to make an appointment and walk ins are always welcome. In most cases we can have your computer back to you the same or NEXT business day. There may be instances where special order parts are needed, and in these cases repairs make take between 3 and 5 business days.

At Mitek we never tell you a repair is needed that is not needed. We do NOT add on special services or parts. If we find that our initial evaluation was wrong, we call you and explain any new problems wee may have found. If we feel the money for the repair exceeds the value of the computer we tell you. We DO NOT repair systems, that are just not worth the repair cost.

Our rates are not set in stone and as such we can always discuss the rates as they relate to YOUR system.

In any instance, simply call us at 859.985.0050 and tell us what is going on with your system. We are always more than happy to talk with our customers via phone just to give you an idea of what your specific problem may be. We cannot ALWAYS give you a price over the phone, but we do have the ability to give you a ballpark figure based on your description of the problem.

One thing you can ALWAYS count on with Mitek Computers is this...  if and when you decide to use Mitek for your repairs or upgrades, there is NEVER EVER a surprise bill at the end. If we find an issue that was NOT present when we first evaluated your system, we always call and get your approval before we proceed. If we feel you will have more money in the repair than the value of the system we tell you up front. We can FIX anything, but sometimes its just not cost effective sinking a lot of $$$ into a system that could never give you the return for the money invested.
